Summer Scottish country dancing every Monday evening at Troon Concert Hall, on the large sprung dance floor. Suitable for all levels — beginners to experienced dancers. Organised by the RSCDS Ayr Branch. No booking required.

Friendly and inclusive running club meeting every Tuesday and Thursday evening at Marr College, Troon. Intermediate runners welcome — all paces catered for. Ad-hoc Saturday and Sunday runs also arranged. A great way to stay fit and meet fellow runners.

Free weekly health walk in Troon, around one hour, with town and coastal routes suitable for all. Meet outside Troon Town Hall, South Beach. Everyone welcome — please come suitably dressed for the weather. Contact Lindsay before your first time as the meeting point may occasionally change.
